ProMelt Essential Snow and Ice Melter works faster than ordinary rock salt and melts snow and ice at temperatures as low as -18 degree (C). ProMelt Essential is a blend of magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride and 15 trace minerals in each granule. It is optimally sized for easy spreading and is often coloured to aid in product distribution when applying. ProMelt Essential will leave a residual and may continue to work during light snowfalls. Ice Melter, because of its granule size and coatings does not easily track into buildings and is pet friendly.
